Position Description:	113 SPED TRANSITIONAL ASSISTANT- RESOURCE: Campbell Elementary Job group C, $12.26 hourly, 6 hr per day. Previous assistant experience working students preferred. Responsible for support to special education staff. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with department and building staff, students, and parents. Minimum 2 Yr College Degree or be Highly Qualified is preferred. Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility.

Community Description:	Our district is located in a growing urban area south of metropolitan Portland, Oregon. The Pacific Ocean and all the Oregon coast has to offer is only two hours away, and the spectacular beauty and recreational opportunities of the Columbia River Gorge is only half hour away. The Cascade Mountains with the Mount Hood ski are is east of the district and provides some of the best skiing found in the Western states. All of this added to the fact that the State of Oregon and its citizens care that the environment provide healthy living, makes the location of North Clackamas School District the ideal place to work and live.
