Position Description:	117 Receiving & Inventory Clerk - Technology. Job Group D, $13.71 per hr, 4 hrs per day.260 Days Receive computer equipment into the department resolving the contents of the shipment with the packing list. Mark, assign and affix a bar code to each piece of equipment received. Receive item into purchase order tracking database. Attach software license to computers according to the information contained in purchase order tracking. Affix purchase order tracking label to computers needing to be imaged. Enter all new equipment into the district inventory and retrieve specific information in report format. Re-package and label equipment for distribution to unit (s) via courier. Keep courier log up to date. Ensure daily courier pickup and delivery log sheets match equipment totals. Perform maintenance on the existing computer inventory in each school by validating the inventory on file and resolving all discrepancies. Provide clerical support such as telephone support or copying and mailing assistance for the department at the direction of the department secretary, director, or other staff members.

The Cascade Mountains with the Mount Hood ski are is east of the district and provides some of the best skiing found in the Western states. All of this added to the fact that the State of Oregon and its citizens care that the environment provide healthy living, makes the location of North Clackamas School District the ideal place to work and live.
