Privacy Policy

EdZapp will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer. When you register for EdZapp services, we collect personally identifiable information about you such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, employment experience, educational history, skills, references information, background information, other information contained in your resume, and any login ID and password created by you.

We maintain a secure, password-protected database to store your personally identifiable information. Http language is used to collect and transmit data between applicants and districts.

When you provide credit card information, we use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect it. Subscribers can review or change subscription or credit card information at any time. We do not, however, store this information after the transaction has been completed; it is deleted and cannot be retrieved. If you do not wish to complete your transaction online please click on the “Contact Us” link and request our mailing address from support.

EducatorZapp, Inc. may disclose information to third parties (i.e. employers) in the following circumstances:
- We will disclose information to our clients where necessary and appropriate as they search for candidates to fill legitimate staffing vacancies. Our clients may include private organizations who are seeking applicants for positions; we do not share, distribute, or sell personal information (e.g. email addresses) with companies or organizations for marketing or other purposes.
- We may disclose information to companies and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on our behalf. Such functions may include: hosting our Web servers, credentials management, analyzing data, providing legal, accounting and marketing services. Our employees sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements as a condition of their employment with EducatorZapp, Inc.
- We may disclose information to the extent necessary or appropriate to government agencies, advisors, and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws, the service of legal process, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law requiring such disclosure; (b) protect the rights or property of EducatorZapp, Inc. or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security or (d) protect the personal safety of the users or the public.
- We may include third party advertising on our website.  Those companies that chose to advertise on EdZapp have their own unique and independent privacy policies.  EdZapp has no liability or accountability for these linked sites.
- We may disclose personal information in the good-faith belief that we are lawfully authorized to do so, or that doing so is reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or our other policies or agreements; protect our users from fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use of our site; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of EducatorZapp, Inc., our customers, our employees or the public.

In the event of any merger, acquisition, transfer or sale of company assets, the receiver of the data would be bound by this Privacy Policy.

We will send e-mails to you relating to your account. These may include order confirmations, renewal/expiration notices, and credit card problem notifications.
